Important Notes
- The charges are inclusive of a breakfast, lunch and dinner for a 24hrs stay.
- (Dining Timings:- Breakfast: 07:30 AM to 09:00 AM, Lunch: 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM, Dinner: 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM).
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served at the IIT Mess.
- For room cleaning, handover room keys at the reception desk.
- Check-in / Arrival - Check-in time is at 24hrs check-in policy; please present your Identity card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in.
- Check out / Departure - Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability and approval from the respective authority
- Hostel accommodation will be provided within the IIT Delhi campus only- boys in Boys’ Hostels and girls in Girls’ Hostels, subject to availability and institute norms.
- Smoking & Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- The booking is purely provisional and subject to availability and cancellation at short notice in event of receipt of any other emergency booking from the Director’s office.
- The accommodation booking will be on a non-refundable basis.
