The delegates need to make their own arrangements
for travel and stay. In case they need any assistance, they can contact Cox
and Kings, the travel partner for the conference. The details of the:-
a) Booking rates of hotels available [expenses can be shared amongst
participants],
b) Arrangement for pick up from airport [expenses can be
shared amongst participants],
c) Local travel can be available in the
subsequent documents.
